WORK TERMS OF USE

General
Full payment is required before work begins.
An invoice is sent after details of the commission are agreed upon via DMs.
A valid email address is required for the invoice.
After payment is submitted you may be placed on a 7-8 day waiting list excluding holidays.
You may request up to 3 alterations before, and during the sketch phase (Standard portrait-work). Refunds are not accepted after work commences.
Estimated completion date range will be provided at time of agreement. This is usually 30-60 days depending on the complexity of commission.
Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission.Commercial-Use
Availability for commercial work and licensing opportunities is on a case by case basis. Work is personal-use unless explicitly agreed otherwise. The job will be subject to additional fees and markup for work intended to be sold in a commercial product, be it game or external merchandising.Copyright and ownership of the artwork is retained by the artist and the following is considered a copyright infringement, and punitive damages will be pursued:
* Reproductions and or resells of the artwork.
* Commercial usage of said artwork.
* AI or NFT use of artwork.Pricing
All prices listed on this page are a base cost, additional fees may be required due to job complexity.
Jobs that require special rates or deals can be discussed further with discretion.
All prices listed on the invoice are final.Style
Please review portfolio before commissioning, it's a good representation of what to expect in terms of style.
Deliverable may deviate from provided references' style (*some considerations below).
*If a style belongs to a particular era or medium, it is acceptable terms. Multiple direct influences may require more complexity depending on role, this may affect initial quote.Communication
After an initial sketch is sent, the artist will wait for a response within 48 hours.
If a response with further instruction is not provided within 48 hours, work will proceed.
After the initial sketch phase no significant alterations will be accepted.Terms are as agreed here.
